Custom Synthesis
& Development (CSD) supports the Amsyn organization by
providing a full range of competent technical support and
expertise in organic chemistry. The staff at CSD work
closely with customers at all levels of chemical
development. When necessary, literature searches are
expeditiously done to uncover the most viable routes to a
particular chemical structure. Cost estimates for trial runs
and bulk are then provided quickly and with the best
possible degree of accuracy.
CSD can also
work with customer's existing lab techniques and provide
scale up feasibility studies and a smooth transition to bulk
production via our Amber Synthetics affiliate. In the course
of scale up work, CSD is prepared to share with customers
any improvements and enhancements to your procedures that
our research has uncovered.
Capable of a
full range of analytical and bench scale work, CSD can also
commercially manufacture highly specialized items in-house
on multiple kilo scale.
CSD not only
offers GMP production but also has a staff which works as
consultants to other manufacturers attempting to certify
their own GMP standards. This service includes on-site
laboratory audits, preparation of SOP's, data audits, review
of laboratory protocols, employee training programs,
stability studies and waste management.
